  1. Wow, if true, by my reckoning this would make a twofer for Qatar — Lebanon and Somalia. Might they take on Iraq, Afghanistan and Iran next?

  2. The piece doesn’t mention Al Shabab, the Islamic court. If they are not involved in a cheasefire, forget about it.
